Our ordering process is as easy as 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5
1. Email to us ekidsbaby@gmail.com the item(s) brand name, colour, size and order quantity.
2. We will reply you via email to confirm our stock availability and arrival date.
3. Once you have confirm order, make payment to us within two(2) days to complete the ordering process. Payment are to be made to our Maybank Account or Public Bank Account within two(2) days after confirmation via email. An Invoice will be send via email with total weight of the parcel. (Maybank Acc.no.: 108020005631 WONG FONG YEN) or (Public Bank Acc.no.: 4-5426722-32 WONG FONG YEN)
4. Once the payment is made, please send us a notification via email with your Name, Date of transaction, Transaction Ref. No, Total Amount, Contact no and Beneficiary/Mailing Address.
5. Upon payment received. We will send you a confirmation via email when will arrange the item(s) to be sent to you on shipping schedule.
